The Alessi Museum collection, with 25,000 objects and 19,000 designs, offers a fascinating cross-section of contemporary design, a formidable perspective on the thousands of approaches to the world of design. Sketches, renderings, technical drawings, prototypes of projects that were never realised, first versions, research into new colours or finishings, prints, semi-finished products – materials that describe the complex weave of factors involved in the creation of an industrial product.
The objects in this exhibition were presented on a specially designed display by Caesarstone in collaboration with the Museum.
